Baroness is one of the bands I’ve been spinning the most lately. Along with the greater Savannah, GA scene they’re spearheading  - and other contemporaries like Riff Cannon -  Baroness’ sound embodies where I am with my current tastes in metal.

As far as Baizley’s art goes, I don’t even know where to begin. The guy is a beast, and everything he does is awesome. I’d say he’s like the Pushead of this generation, but it’s apples & oranges. Still, the sludge/doom/stoner-metal community is all the better off having a guy like Baizley blasting out album covers like he does.
